Insurance & Payment Plans
Private Insurance

All patients with in network private insurance will have their plan billed directly and will be responsible for any residual cost

All patients with out of network private insurance will be considered self-pay patients and their payment is at the time of visit.
Medicaid Insurance

Medicaid will be billed directly for all patients with Medicaid Plans.

Any residual cost not covered by Medicaid will NOT be charged to the patient or family.
Sliding Scales/Payment Plans

It is important to us that children are able to receive critical developmental services. If you have questions regarding billing please reach out to us using our contact form below to and we can schedule a telephone call.
For patients with commercial plans who cancel less than 48 hours prior to their appointment, or no show to their appointment, one half of the cost of the visit will be charged to the credit card on file.
